've always wanted to build things or understand how things were built, how they planned to manufacture a guitar from scratch. The visual design attracted me; buying a record was not only about the colors but also about all the micro-interactions surrounding listening to music.
I started playing guitar as a teenager, and this remained a constant in my mind. I spent more time understanding the ergonomics of the instrument, how they chose the timber to build it, the machinery involved, and everything mentioned before—the human touch and the experience delivered.
After I graduated, I pursued my dream of being a graphic designer. However, I found the missing piece in my career when I transitioned to product design.
I discovered that my creative approach involves questioning things to understand needs, the reasons behind them, talking to people, and figuring out how I can be valuable in working together to come up with solutions. I like to investigate, listen to my colleagues, users, and co-workers; they always have insights that will contribute to my work.
If you are looking for a passionate designer who understands the product and business needs but also has a lot of empathy for people, send me a message.
